On Personal Character-building of College Students

在当前形势下加强大学生个人品德建设,不仅迫切而且极为重要。加强大学生个人品德建设是大学生健康成人成才的要求,积极而又自觉地加强个人品德建设,对提高人的道德素质、完善道德人格、实现人的全面发展具有重要的作用,特别有利于深化和拓展社会主义道德体系建设而增强中国的软实力。教书育人应当成为每一个教师积极自觉的行动,教师要成为大学生优良品德养成的引路人,要身体力行、榜样示范。在加强大学生个人品德建设过程中,要从实际出发,不搞一刀切,扎实地做好各方面的工作,大学生的个人品德建设就会迈上新的台阶。

In the current situation it is urgent and extremely important to strengthen the building of personal qualities of university students. To be healthy and talent university students requires to strengthen the individual character building; it plays an important role in raising people＇ s moral qualities, improving the moral character to achieve all - round development, and especially being conducive to deepening and expansion of the construction of socialist moral system and increasing China＇s soft power that university students should actively and consciously enhance personal qualities construction. Teaching and educating should be an active and conscious action for teachers; teachers should become a guide for university students to cultivate good moral character,practice personally and be model demonstration.In the process of strengthening the building of personal qualities of university students,a solid job in all aspects of work proceed from reality,not to engage across the board, could help university students＇ personal qualities rise to a new level.
