摘要
目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定丹参醇提取液中丹参素的含量。方法：色谱柱：Agilent C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）;流动相：甲醇-1%冰醋酸;流速：1mL/min;温度为室温;检测波长：280nm。结果：线性方程为Y=10571X＋12.392（r=0.9999）,线性范围：10.2-102.0（μg/mL）,丹参素的平均含量为58.66μg/mL,RSD=0.73%,回收率100.12%,RSD=0.37%。结论：该法操作简便,精确度高,可靠性强,可作为丹参醇提液中丹参素含量测定的方法。
Objective：To determinate the content of danshensu in compound danshen with HPLC.Method： Column： Agilent C18（250mm×46.5um）;mobilc phase methanol-1% acetic acid;flow rate： 1.0mL/ min;temperature： room temperature;detective wavelength： 280nm.Result： Y=10571X＋12.392（r=0.9999） linearity range： 10.2~102.0μg/mL.The content of danshensu in compund danshen extract is 58.66μg/mL,RSD=0.73% in this group averge,recovery was 100.12%,RSD= 0.37%.Conclusion：This method could be used as the analysis method for danshensu in danshen alcohol extract.
