慢性乙型肝炎中医客观化研究进展

Advances in Chronic Hepatitis B: Objective Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine

中医辨证治疗是慢性乙型肝炎治疗的重要方法之一,中医的治疗在于辨证准确,用现代科技手段来揭示"证"的物质基础,探索慢性乙肝中医证型与客观指标间的相互关系,阐述慢性乙型肝炎的病因病机,辨证论治和预后分析,有利于准确的辨证论治。对近些年中医分型与客观指标关系的研究进行综述,认为其相关性研究可以加快中医辨证向客观化、标准化、统一化发展的现代化进程。

Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）treatment is an important method for chronic hepatitis B with accurate differentiation of syndrome,which apply modern technique to reveal the material base of syndrome,explore the relationship between syndromes and objective indicators,illustrate etiology and pathogenesis and differential treatment and prognosis of chronic hepatitis B（CHB）,then make for accurate differentiation of syndrome.Reviewed the studies about the relationship between syndromes and objective in the past years,we think correlational study can speed up the development process of TCM to the objective,standardization and unification.
