聚类与改良德尔菲法对乳腺癌巩固期证型研究的比较

Comparison of Clustering and Improved Delphi Method to the Type of Syndrome Study of Breast Cancer Patients in Consolidation

目的与方法:通过比较采用聚类等统计学分析方法及改良的德尔菲专家咨询法两种不同的方法乳腺癌巩固期辨证分型研究方法与结论的异同,探讨乳腺癌巩固期证候分布特征与本质。结果:采用聚类等统计学分析方法得出乳腺癌巩固期证型应分为4型,采用改良德尔菲法得出应分为6型。结论:两种不同的方法在临床应用中可互相补充,相得益彰,为总结乳腺癌巩固期基本病因病机及指导辨证论治有重要的意义。

Objective and Methods： The method and Conclusions of the type of syndrome study of breast cancer patients in consolidation are different.We discuss the differentiation to explore the type of syndrome disposition characteristic and essence of breast cancer patients in consolidation.Results： The type of syndrome of breast cancer patients in consolidation is divided 4 types through clustering method and 6 types through Improved Delphi Method.Conclusions： The two different method is additional each other,and have significance to study etiological factor and pathogenesis of breast cancer patients in consolidation.
