Blank etc have written comprehensively on neuroendocrine dysfunction in polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）in the recent literature,but have made several assertions.Some researchers don＇t agree zhis agreemengt.So I therefore focus on the three areas of disagreement below and argue the case for a more satisfactory explanation of these three issues based on the evidence available to us today and studies from our group.
