女性青春期后痤疮从血症论治对激素水平的影响

Effects of the Hormone Levels in Women after Puberty Acne from Hyperlipidemia Treating

目的:观察女性青春期后痤疮患者进行血症论治后激素水平的变化,探求其可能作用机制。方法:给予常规中药祛痘面膜,中医辨证以阴虚血热为主,治疗1个月后观察其有效率,所有患者均于治疗前和治疗1个月后,采集静脉血,采用放免法检测外周血中T、DHT、FT、SHBG水平。结果:30例病人治愈17例,显效9例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率96.67%;治疗后与治疗前激素水平T与DHT相比均有明显降低(P<0.05),而治疗后FT有一定降低,SHBG有一定成度升高,但不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:从血症论治青春期后痤疮的疗效以及对激素水平的影响,可以推测其发挥疗效的机制可能为降低患者T与DHT的激素水平,达到对机体激素水平的控制,能取得非常好的疗效。

Objective： Observe the changes of hormone levels in the female after puberty acne with hyperlipidemia treating,and explore its possible mechanism.Methods： Acne Mask for conventional medicine,TCM Yin blood hot mainly to the treatment,after 1 month to observe its efficiency,all patients were on treatment before and one month later,the collected blood,peripheral blood using radioimmunoassay in T,DHT,FT,SHBG levels.Results： 30 cases of patients cured in 17 cases,9 cases markedly effective in 3 cases,ineffective in 1 case,the total effective rate 96.67%;after treatment with the hormone levels before treatment compared with T and DHT were significantly lower（P〈0.05）,while after treatment FT have a certain reduction,SHBG into a certain degree of rise,but not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： From the hyperlipidemia treating acne after puberty as well as the efficacy of hormone levels,we can speculate the mechanism might play a therapeutic in patients with T and DHT in order to reduce hormone levels,hormone levels to achieve the control of the body can achieve a very good efficacy.
