中药贴脐治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎疗效分析

An Analysis of the Effect of Using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Pastes Umbilical to Cure Babies' Rotavirus Diarrhea

目的:探讨中药贴脐对婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎的治疗作用。方法:收集2008年9月—2009年2月在本院儿科住院治疗的大便RV抗原检测阳性的腹泻婴幼儿80例,随机分为两组。对照组40例,予常规对症治疗;治疗组40组,予常规对症治疗+中药贴脐治疗。结果:对照组、观察组总有效率分别为65%、90%。两组比较,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药贴脐治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎疗效显著。

Objective： To explore the therapeutic effect of using the method of applying Chinese medicine to the umbilicus to rotavirus diarrhea of babies and infants.Methods： 80 patients with rotavirus diarrhea,who hospitalized in our hospital from September 2008 to February 2009,and were diagnosed by rotavirus antigen titer in stools,were divided randomly into control group （n=40） and treatment group （n=40）.Symptomatic treatment was given in control group;symptomatic treatment plus the method of applying Chinese medicine to the umbilicus were given in treatment group.Results： The total effective rate of the control group was 65%,and the treatment group was 90%,and there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： It is quite effective to treat the babies and infants with rotavirus diarrhea by using the method of applying Chinese medicine to the umbilicus.
