除湿健骨饮治疗膝关节骨关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of ChuShi JianGu Decoction Treating KOA

目的:观察除湿健骨饮治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例膝关节骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例,治疗组以除湿健骨饮内服外洗治疗,并辅以功能锻炼;对照组塞来昔布片治疗,同样辅以功能锻炼。比较两组治疗4周后的综合疗效。结果:治疗组临床总有效率86.67%,对照组为70.00%。两组综合疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:除湿健骨饮治疗膝关节骨关节炎,能显著提高近期疗效。

Objective： To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of ChuShi JianGu Decoction treating knee joint osteoarthritis（KOA）.Methods： Sixty patients of were randomly divided into two groups： one group （30 cases） received ChuShi JianGU Decoction （treating group） and the other （30 cases） Celecoxib （control group）,to analyse two group＇s effectiveness.Result： ①The effect rate getting 86.67% in the treatment group,while 70.00% in the control .Obviously the treatment group was superior to the control at the clinical effectiveness （P〈0.05）.②Two groups could improve the symotom of osteoarthritis.③The treatment group was better than the control in ameliorating Chinese medicine symptom.Conclusion： Compound ChuShi JianGu Decoction is an effective and safe Chinese traditional medicine in the therapy of KOA.
