针药结合治疗老年2型糖尿病神经原性膀胱疗效观察

Therapeutic Effects of Acupuncture Combined with Medicine Treatment on Patients with Diabetic Neurogenic Bladder

目的:观察针药结合治疗对老年2型糖尿病神经原性膀胱的疗效。方法:62例老年女性2型糖尿病神经原性膀胱患者分为常规治疗组和针药结合组。常规治疗组给予膀胱训练、间歇导尿和莫沙必利等综合治疗。针药结合组在常规治疗的基础上加用针刺治疗。取穴:三阴交(双)、足三里(双)、关元、中极、气海、肾俞、阴陵泉,每日1次,每次得气后留针30min,15天为1个疗程。治疗前后测定膀胱残存尿情况。结果:(1)综合疗效:针药结合组总有效率为80%,常规治疗组总有效率为54.3%,两组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。(2)针药结合组膀胱残存尿明显低于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:针药结合治疗老年2型糖尿病神经原性膀胱的疗效较佳。

Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effects of acupuncture combined with medicine treatment on patients with diabetic neurogenic bladder.Methods： Totally 62 female patients with diabetic neurogenic bladder were divided into medicine treatment group and acupuncture with medicine treatment group.Patients in the medicine treatment group received routine treatment such as bladder training,intermittently catheterizing and administrating mosapride.Patients in the acupuncture with medicine treatment group received acupuncture besides routine treatment.These patients were acupunctured at bilateral Sanyinjiao,bilateral Zusanli,Guanyuan,Zhongji,Qihai,Shenshu,and Yinlingquan,30 minutes at each time,once a day,totally 15 times.Residual urine volume in the bladder and the blood glucose level were measured before and after the treatment.Results：①General clinical therapeutic effects： The total effective rates were 80% in the acupuncture with medicine treatment group,and 54.3% in the medicine treatment group,respectively.The two groups showed significant difference （P〈0.05）.②Residual urine volume in the acupuncture with medicine treatment group was lower than the medicine treatment group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Acupuncture with medicine treatment has better therapeutic efficacy on diabetic neurogenic bladder.
