总结84例主动脉内球囊反搏(IABP)辅助冠状动脉介入治疗术后护理经验。结果应用IABP除5例PCI患者因病重死亡,1例因躁动给予人工冬眠外,其余78例患者顺利完成CAG和/或PCI。正确使用反搏机和细致、全面的术后护理是保证抢救和手术成功的关键。

Summary 84 cases of intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation （IABP） support in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention nursing experience.In addition to five cases of the results of application of IABP patients are too sick to death of PCI,1 cases of artificial hibernation to give a result of agitation,the remaining 78 patients the successful completion of CAG and / or PCI.The proper use of anti-stroke machines and detailed,comprehensive post-operative care is to ensure that rescue and surgical success.
