摘要
目的:通过电话回访对高血压出院患者进行健康教育,提高患者的服药依从性。方法:将200例高血压患者出院后随机分成实验组和对照组各100例。对实验组患者于出院1周开始定期电话回访,回访时间为3个月,对照组不实施干预。3个月后对两组患者服用依从性进行比较。结果:实验组服药依从性明显高于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:电话回访式健康教育不但能增加高血压出院患者服药依从性,还可以完善出院指导。
Objective: To improving medication compliance in patients with hypertension by health education through follow-up phone calls.Methods: Two hundred patients with hypertension were divided into two groups ramdom.Every group had one hundred patients.The treatment group implemented health education by follow-up phone calling once a week.But the control group was not intervened.Three months later we compared the medication compliance.Result: The medication compliance significant improved in treatment group(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Health education by follow-up phone calling not only improved compliance of taking medicine,but also consummated out of hospital instruction.
