养心定志汤临床运用举隅

Clinical Application of Heart-Nourishing & Mind-Calming Decoction

养心定志汤乃国家级名老中医高辉远教授化裁古方,专为老年胸痹而设,该方由定志丸、桂枝甘草汤、生脉散加减而成,有益心气、补心阳、养心阴、定心悸之功,尤适于心气不足、心阴虚损等因虚致瘀类病证。笔者在临床中应用此方治疗胸痹和肺胀等疾病,选取两则典型病例,从"虚"、"瘀"着眼,自"心"、"肾"着手论治,分析病机,揭示组方用药规律,由心肺两系疾病同用该方而总结出对于因虚致瘀类疾病的治疗思路,体现中医学异病同治的特色及该方的卓著疗效。

Heart-Nourishing Mind-Calming Decoction is the modified ancient prescription of national famous old doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） - Professor GAO Hui-yuan,which is specifically designed for chest obstruction of the elderly.The prescription is made by flexibly increased and decreased Mind-Calming Pill,Guizhi Gancao Decoction and Pulse-Activating Powder,with the effects of benefiting heart-QI,warmly invigorating heart-YANG,nourishing heart-YIN and stabilizing palpitation,which are especially suitable for the syndromes of stagnation arising from deficiency in heart- QI,asthenia disease in heart-YIN and etc.The author used this prescription to treat chest obstruction and lung-distension and other diseases in clinical application,and the paper selected two typical cases,from ＂deficiency＂and＂stagnation＂point of view and proceeded with treatment from＂heart＂and＂kidney＂,to analyze pathogenesis,reveal the medication and prescribing regularity,and sum up the train of thought for therapy of diseases of stagnation caused by deficiency from the results of simultaneously using this prescription for diseases of heart and lung systems,thus to reflect the characteristics of ＂same treatment for different diseases＂of TCM and the remarkable curative effects of this prescription.
