摘要
目的:建立瘿消颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱,以乙腈-磷酸三乙胺水溶液(15:85)为流动相,检测波长230nm,流速lmL·min^-1。结果:药苷在0.083-0.75μg之间与相应的峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率在95.1%-99.0%之间,RSD为1.5%(n=5)。结论:高效液相色谱法操作简便、准确、重复性好,可用于瘿消颗粒的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of dracorhodin perchlorate in Yingxiao Granule.Method:ODS column(150mm×6.6mm) was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile- triethylamine phosphoric acid solution (15:85),the flow rate was l.0mL/min,the detection wavelength was 230nm.Result: Average recovery is 95.1%~99.0%,RSD is 1.5%(n=5).Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility in HPLC.It can be used for quality control of Yingxiao Granule.
