“双固一通”灸法对DPN大鼠坐骨神经传导速度和超微结构影响的研究 被引量:9

Influence of "Shuanggu Yitong" Moxibustion on Sciatica Nerve Conduction Velocity and Ultrastructure in Rats with Type 2 Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

摘要 目的:观测"双固一通"灸法对糖尿病周围神经病变大鼠坐骨神经传导速度和超微结构的影响,探讨"双固一通"灸法对糖尿病周围神经病变的防治作用。方法:大鼠分为正常对照组(A组)、糖尿病周围神经病变模型组(B组)、模型"双固一通"灸法15min防治组(C组)和模型"双固一通"灸法30min防治组(D组)。治疗8周后,用血糖仪检测各组血糖,用神经电生理和透射电镜方法检测大鼠坐骨神经传导速度和神经组织超微结构。结果:与正常组相比,B组血糖水平升高,神经传导速度明显减慢;与模型组相比,C组血糖水平降低,坐骨神经传导速度加快,差异显著(P<0.05);D组血糖水平和坐骨神经传导速度都有明显改善,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。同时,电镜观察C、D组坐骨神经有髓纤维髓鞘损伤程度均有明显减轻。结论:"双固一通"灸法对糖尿病周围神经病变具有防治作用。 Objective: Study on the influence of"Shuanggu Yitong"moxibustion on sciatica nerve conduction velocity and ultrastructure in rats with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Discuss on the function mechanism of moxibustion on preventing and curing DPN.Methods: Randomly divide the rat models into 4 groups: normal control group (Group A),DPN model group (Group B),"Shuanggu Yitong"moxibustion 15 minutes preventing and curing group (Group C),"Shuanggu Yitong"moxibustion 30 minutes preventing and curing group (Group D).After 8 weeks curing,use the glucometer to measure each group's blood sugar;use neuroelectrophysiological and TEM to measure sciatica nerve conduction velocity and ultrastructure.Results: Compared with normal control group,there's an increase in blood sugar level,a decrease in NCV of rats from group B;Compared with Group B,there's a decrease in blood sugar level,an increase in NCV of rats from group C with a significant discrepancy on statistical analysis (P〈0.05);Compared with Group B,there is a clear ameliorate in blood sugar level and NCV of rats from Group D with a significant discrepancy on statistical analysis (P〈0.05).At the same time,there's a decrease in sciatica myelinated fiber's injury of Group C and D.Conclusions:"Shuanggu Yitong"moxibustion has good therapeutic action to DPN.
