The Choice of Best Condition in the Synthesis of Dimethyl Diallyl Ammonium Chloride and Evaluation of its Property

摘要 以二甲胺和烯丙基氯为原料,采用两步合成法合成了一种阳离子粘土稳定剂二甲基烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC),用正交试验方法得到了该反应的最佳合成工艺条件,即n(氯丙烯)∶n(二甲胺)=2.1∶1、n(NaOH)∶n(二甲胺)=1∶1、滴加时间2h。在膨胀性实试验中与无机盐比较发现DMDAAC具有良好的粘土稳定性能,在对膨润土和粘土进行絮凝试验中,DMDAAC单体体现了优良的絮凝能力,但其絮凝具有一定的选择性。 The synthesis of dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride was studied by using dimethylamine and allylchloride as starting materials by the method of two steps.The reaction results were also studied by orthogonal test and evaluation experiment of the clay stabilizer,thus the optimum conditions were obtained as follows:n(allylchloride):n(dimethylamine)=2.1:1,n(NaOH):n(dimethylamine)=1.0:1,the reaction temperature was 45℃,the reaction time was 10h (the temperature of droping was about 10℃).Through the experiment of clay restraint,it was found out that it had a good effect on constraining hydration of clay minerals in shale,it was better than water and mineral salt.Experiments were carried out on bentonite and clay flocculation,DMDAAC monomer reflects the excellent flocculation ability,but it has a certain selective flocculation.
