摘要 本文旨在探讨中国大型酒店集团发展的内外部影响因素与成长战略,以及二者之间的相互关系。作者通过文献研究并结合中国的经济环境背景提出了有关大型酒店集团发展的相关假设并进行经验研究,结果表明:酒店集团发展采用低风险的市场渗透和横向一体化的成长战略,酒店集团面临的竞争压力越大,越倾向于风险程度较小的成长战略;市场潜力越大,酒店集团越倾向于采用风险程度较高的成长战略;酒店集团规模越大,越倾向于采取较高风险的成长战略;酒店集团运营经验越丰富,越倾向于采取较高风险的成长战略。 This paper aims to discuss the external and internal factors influencing the growth strategies of China's large-scale hotel groups as well as their mutual relationship. With literature review and combining with Chinese economic environmental background the author raises some related hypotheses and conducts empirical research with regard to the development of the large-scale hotel groups. Findings of the research illustrate that hotel groups tend to employ the low-risk market penetration and horizontal integration as their key strategies. In the meanwhile, the higher the competitive pressure that the hotel groups face, the lower the risk of growth strategy that is adopted; the bigger the market potential, the higher the risk of growth strategy that the hotel groups tend to adopt; the larger the scale of hotel groups, the higher the risk of growth strategy that is employed; the more diversified the operational experience that the hotel groups process, the higher the risk of growth strategy that is tended to be used.
