摘要
车峰5井二开井段存在多段泥岩,易发生钻头泥包、钻具阻卡等复杂情况,机械钻速偏低。通过配伍性能试验和润滑性能试验,将具有清洁钻头、改变润湿性、提高机械钻速的快速钻井液处理剂技术应用到钻井过程中。快速钻井液处理剂与车峰5井所使用的聚合物钻井液体系具有良好的配伍性,对钻井液常规性能及流变性没有影响。并且泥饼粘滞系数和润滑系数均大幅度下降,润滑性得到大幅的提高。通过实际应用,在实钻过程中取得了良好的提速效果,减少了钻头使用个数,平均机械钻速相对邻井提高率达到66.4%。
There are many sections of mudstone in the Well Chefeng 5 in the second section,it is very easy to cause bit balling,drill pipe sticking and many other down hole problems. By rheology behavior and lubricity test,the technology of treating agent for fast drilling fluid which can clean the drilling bit,change the lubricity,improve the rate of penetration is applied in the process of drilling. We reach a very promising result. The drilling fluid that can improve the rate of penetration is quite compatible with polymer drilling fluid,without influence on the common property of the drilling fluid as well as its rheology behavior. The filter cake stuck factor and the coefficient of viscosity is decreasing dramatically,its lubricity improves greatly. In the practical drilling process the rate of penetration can be improved greatly,the number of bits used is reduced.
