摘要
少数民族地区由于资源匮乏,财力不足,阻碍了教师的专业发展。如何促进民族地区教师的专业发展,是我们一直关注的问题,实践证明,“立足校本,以研带训”的相互听课、议课、评课的校本研修方式,是促进民族地区教师专业发展的有效方法。
Minority areas due to lack of resources, inadequate financial resources, hindering the professional devel- opment of teachers. How to promote the professional development of teachers in minority areas, we have been con- cerned about the issue proved, "based on school-based, to study with a lecture," with each other and lectures, discussion classes, class evaluating school-based training approach is to promote the professional development of teachers in minority areas an effective manner.
