少数民族地区由于资源匮乏，财力不足，阻碍了教师的专业发展。如何促进民族地区教师的专业发展，是我们一直关注的问题，实践证明，“立足校本，以研带训”的相互听课、议课、评课的校本研修方式，是促进民族地区教师专业发展的有效方法。
