摘要 针对陆上油气钻井作业系统中的危险、危害因素以及可能发生的钻井工程事故的特性,采用模糊层次分析法对研究系统进行分析,建立了陆上油气钻井作业安全评价指标体系的层次结构,该结构由4个层次组成。对钻井作业安全评价指标的量化进行了描述,就如何确定安全评价指标的权重进行了详细说明,最后建立了陆上油气钻井作业系统的安全评价模型。实例应用表明,该模型可对钻井作业进行科学、系统地安全评价以减少或避免事故发生的可能性,是对陆上油气钻井安全评价向系统化、科学化发展的一种新的探索。 Aiming at the dangers and the characteristics of drilling accidents of overland oil and gas drilling system which probably occurred,the methods of Fuzzy AHP were used to analyze the system and establish hierachical structure of safety assessment index system on overland oil and gas drilling,which was composed of four levels. The quantification of assessment index was described,and it was explained in detail to ensure the weight of assessment index,thus the safety assessment model on overland oil and gas drilling system was built up. The application result shows that the system can be evaluated scientifically and systematically to reduce or avoid the possibility of accidents. It is a new exploration for the development of safe assessment on oil and gas drilling.
