摘要
基于天然气水合物的各种应用技术具有广泛的工业应用前景,通过试验研究了盐类体系下添加剂对水合物生成的影响,选用氯化钠(NaCl)和阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)混合溶液作为试验溶液,发现NaCl+SDBS混合溶液在SDBS浓度为255mg/kg时诱导时间最短,为复合添加剂的最佳反应浓度,此时的溶液体系能很好地优化水合物形成过程,且比单一的NaCl溶液或SDBS溶液的诱导时间都有明显缩短,此时的氯化钠溶液浓度为海水浓度。此数据对今后储存运输水合物有着重要的指导意义。
Application technologies based on the natural gas hydrate had wide prospects on industrial applications,the additives in system containing salt on hydrate formation was studied through experiments,selection of NaCl and the anionic surfactant SDBS were used as a mixed solution of the experimental solution and NaCl + SDBS mixed solution was found in the concentration of SDBS at 255mg/kg induced as the shortest Induction time,which was the optimal reflecting concentration of the compound additives. At this time,the solution has a very good system to optimize the process of formation hydrate,and compared with NaCl or SDBS as a single solution of the induction time has reduced significantly,the concentration of sodium chloride solution is the concentration of seawater. The data can be used for guiding the storage and transport of hydrate in the future.
