摘要 采用ANSYS软件对35MPa采油井口装置大四通进行有限元分析,得到了应力分布状态,在此基础上以主壁厚、内圆角和外圆角这3个结构参数为设计变量,以重量最轻作为目标函数对大四通进行了结构优化,获得了满足强度条件下重量最轻的设计方案。结果表明,优化后的大四通重量减少了13.48%,最大等效应力降低了9.71%,可有效降低成本,提高大四通的工作可靠性。 The stress distribution of the spool of 35 MPa wellhead was obtained by using finite element analysis under ANSYS. Based on the results of stress analysis,the structure of the spool was optimized,with the wall thickness,inner corner radius and outer corner radius as design variables and the spool volume as objective function,and the structural parameters with minimum weight as well as satisfying the strength condition were gained. Optimization results show that comparing to original design,the spool weight is reduced by 13.48% and the maximum equivalent stress is reduced by 9.71%. Thus the production cost of the spool is lowered and the working reliability is improved.
