摘要
结合流体机械的特点,以坐便器产品中的虹吸流道为例,综合使用逆向工程(reverse engineering,RE)、计算机辅助设计(computer aided design,CAD)、计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)等现代设计手段构建了适用于复杂虹吸流道的优化设计平台。结果表明:使用现代设计方法,能有效地对虹吸流道的形状进行优化设计;通过收缩口截面的压强下降速率分析和累积负压分析,得到了优化的仰角设计结果。
Siphon flow passages are widely used in mechanical products.Based on the characteristic of fluid machine,the modern design methods including reverse engineering(RE),computer aided design(CAD) and computational fluid dynamics(CFD) are used to construct the optimal design framework,which are applicable to the design of complex siphon flow passages.Results show that the modern design method is effective in optimal design of siphon flow passages.Analyzing the pressure dropping rate and cumulative pressure drop in the sudden contraction section,we found that 39° elevation is the optimal design in this case.
