摘要 电缆的装配质量是影响产品质量的重要因素之一。对电缆装配过程进行基于虚拟现实的仿真,可以减少电缆实际装配过程中错装、漏装等现象的发生,缩短产品装配周期、降低装配成本、提高装配质量及效率。笔者对电缆虚拟装配关键技术即电缆布线,装配对象与装配环境之间的碰撞干涉检验、电缆的几何形状仿真、虚拟装配过程的评估及验证、装配工艺规划的现状进行了综述,并在此基础上对电缆虚拟装配技术的发展趋势做了进一步探讨。 The assembly quality of cable harness is one of the important factors which decide the quality of product.Assembling the cable harness in virtual environment will reduce the probability of improper assembly or omission of cable.It is of great significance to produce quality parts more quickly and economically.The key technologies of virtual assembly for cable harness include the route planning,collision detection,shape simulation,evaluation of assembly process,and planning of assembly technologies.The statusquo of these key technologies is introduced in detail,and their advantage and current limitations are discussed as well.The developing trend of virtual assembly for cable harness is presented.
