摘要
大体积混凝土施工过程中,由于其工程条件的复杂性,在温度应力作用下容易产生开裂问题。因此,基于裂缝控制对大体积混凝土施工进行温度监测及分析研究具有十分重要的意义。结合某盖挖逆作地下工程实例,论述了通过采用多种技术措施,在底板大体积混凝土施工中以跳仓法分块浇筑混凝土取代设置后浇带的工程裂缝控制方法。作者根据温度裂缝计算论证了该设计方法的可行性,并将计算值与大体积混凝土施工温度监测数据进行分析比较,充分证明本工程采用的混凝土裂缝控制方法能满足控制裂缝的要求,可供相似地下工程作参考。
During mass concrete constructions the engineering condition is usually very complex, thus, cracks are quite common to appear due to temperafure stress. Therefore, the temperature monitoring and analysis on mass concrete construction is very important for crack control. This paper studied how to use alternative bay construction together with varieties of technical measures instead of strips of post pouring concrete in a top down underground structure base slab constraction. Through analysis of thermal calculation, the authors studied the feasibility of such technical measures, and accordingly compared the computation result with numerical value of temperature monitoring. The comparison shows that this anticrack design meets the needs of construction, which can be as reference for simili ar eases.
