苦瓜专用砧木丝瓜新品种蓉砧1号的选育

Development of A New Special Rootstock Cultivar,Rongzhen No.1

"蓉砧1号"是一个苦瓜嫁接专用砧木新品种,母本S1-7-2是从中蔬所引进的丝瓜材料S1-7经过2a单株定向选育而成的稳定自交系,父本S1-23-3是从四川省内收集的丝瓜资源经过3代连续自交选育的稳定自交系。该品种根系发达,与苦瓜嫁接栽培时,抗枯萎病能力强,嫁接亲和力高,共生亲和性好,耐涝、耐旱能力强,生长快,长势强,能改善接穗品质,增产达16%。

Rongzhen No.1 is a new special rootstock cultivar for the balsam pear grafting,the female parent S1-7-2 is a steady-going inbred line obtained by the directional selection to the individual plant of the towel gourd material （S1-7） introduced from China vegetable institute for two years. The male parent （S1-23-3） is a steady-going inbred line obtained by the inbreeding to the towel gourd resource collected from Sichuan province for continuous three era. This line has the developed roots,the high resistance to the blight,the high compatibility with the cion,the high tolerance to the drought and waterlogging,the fast growth and increased the output by 16 percent,changed the quality of the cion.
