摘要
人工模拟干旱胁迫环境,研究龙牙百合在土壤不同含水量条件下,叶片和鳞茎脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量、还原性糖含量等生理指标的变化。结果表明,龙牙百合的叶片对干旱胁迫的响应性比鳞茎好,脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量对干旱胁迫的响应性比还原性糖含量好。
The changes of proline,malondialdehyde and reducing sugar contents of leaves and bulbs under different water content in soil in artificially simulated drought stress environment in Longya Lily were studied. The results showed that: the leaves were better than the bulb to response to drought stress in Longya lily,and proline content and MDA content as identification index to drought stress were better than reducing sugar content.
