灰色关联分析在高新技术企业的适用性及应用 被引量:2

摘要 我国高新技术的不断升级和产业规模的不断扩大,高新技术企业迫切需要一种有效的方式对企业内员工进行客观、正确的评价。本文的创新来自将灰色关联分析引用到高新技术企业绩效评价中,为高新技术企业绩效评价的展开提供新的思路和方法。首先根据高新技术企业绩效的灰色特征,分析灰色关联分析在高新技术企业的适用性。然后,运用相关知识构建高新技术企业员工绩效评价的灰色关联模型,同时选取某一高新技术企业对该方法进行具体实施,有效论证灰色关联分析在高新技术企业绩效评价中的可行性。 China’s high-tech industries continually upgrade and expand the scale makes high-tech enterprises urgently need an effective way objectively and accurately evaluate employees within the enterprise.This article’s innovation comes from refer the gray relational analysis to high-tech enterprise performance evaluation,and provide new ideas and methods for the high-tech enterprises’ performance evaluation.Firstly,according to the characteristics of gray performance in high-tech enterprise,analyze the applicability of gray relational in high-tech enterprise.Then,build Grey Relational Model of high-tech employees,and select a high-tech enterprise to specifically implement this method in order to effectively demonstrate the feasibility of gray relational analysis in high-tech enterprise performance evaluation.
