摘要终末期肝病模型（model for end-stage liver disease,MELD）是以肌酐,INR,胆红素结合肝硬化病因来评价慢性肝病患者肝功能储备及预后的评分系统。MELD评分在实践中充分显现出Child-Turcotte—Pugh评分（CTP评分）所不及的优越性，由新指标如血清钠等的引入衍生而来的各种MELD评分的改良版不但弥补了其不足还使其运用领域不断扩大。
