摘要
采用盆栽试验方法探讨叶绿素仪SPAD-502进行西瓜氮素营养诊断的可行性及不同施氮水平下西瓜不同生育期不同叶位SPAD值的变化规律及其与叶片含氮量和产量之间的关系。研究结果表明,西瓜苗期上部叶和伸蔓期下部叶的SPAD值与叶片含氮量均有显著相关性,可将其作为氮营养诊断的敏感时期和敏感部位。膨果期上部叶SPAD值与西瓜产量表现显著相关,可用于预测西瓜产量。
The feasibility of watermelon N nutrition diagnosis by the SPAD-502 chlorophyll meter using the method of potted plant was studied. The results showed there existed significant correlation between SPAD value of the upper leaf during watermelon seedling stage and the lower leaf during watermelon vines stage and nitrogen content of the leaf, which can be used as N nutrient diagnosis of sensitive period and sensitive areas. There existed significant correlation between SPAD value of the upper leaf during watermelon fruiting stage and watermelon yield.
