摘要
知识管理对提升企业的创新能力有着重要的作用.利用改进的技术接受模型(TAM)建立知识管理系统接受模型来探讨创新员工接受知识管理系统的影响因素.通过问卷调查获取相关数据,利用SPSS13.0对量表的信度和效度进行了分析,利用结构方程模型对假设进行检验,得到创新员工接受知识管理系统的影响因素、因素间关系及影响方向.
Knowledge management is very important for enterprises to enhance innovation capability.In order to investigate the influencing factors on accepting knowledge management system of innovative staff,it makes use of improved technology acceptance model to construct knowledge management system acceptance model.The data are collected by questionnaires,and the reliability and validity of measure instrument are analyzed by SPSS13.0.The hypotheses of the model are verified by structure equation model.Then it obtains the influencing factors,the relations among the factors and influencing direction on innovative staffs' behavior of accepting knowledge management system.
