Building the Platform for International Technology Transfer,and Implementing the Tenet of S&T to Serve the Society——The Review and Consideration on the 10-year Technology Cooperation Between Tsinghua University and Russia

在当今世界科学技术发展突飞猛进、技术国际化和经济全球化的今天,国际技术转移已成为推动技术创新和技术进步的手段之一.通过促进国际技术转移发展高科技产业,调整优化产业结构,是国际经济发展的重要举措.但目前无论是从实践还是理论上,我国的国际技术转移尚处在尝试与探索阶段.通过回顾与总结清华大学开展对俄罗斯国际技术转移的十年历程,论述了对俄科技合作的重要意义、运作模式以及研究型大学与国际技术转移之间的相互作用.

The rapid development of ST increases technological internationalization and economical globalization,and international technology transfer has become one of the measures for promoting technology innovation and advancements.It is important for international economies to develop high-tech industries and optimize industrial structure through international technology transfer.But up to now,the international technology transfer in China is still in the phase of experiment and exploration from both practice and theory.Through the review and summarization of the 10-year international technology transfer carried out by Tsinghua university with Russia,it discusses the significance of technology cooperation with Russia,the operation mode,and the interaction between international technology transfer and research-oriented universities.
