摘要
为解决原油生产过程中原油脱水站沉降罐上部高机械杂质含量污油的囤积问题,利用撬装式可搬迁污油处理设备和原油脱水站现有原油脱水设备,研制小型撬装式污油回收预处理装置,提出适用于脱水站沉降罐上部污油回收处理的方法.应用结果表明,采用该污油回收预处理装置中的小排量收油泵,从沉降罐上部抽取含有大量机械杂质的污油,对其加热升温并投加污油处理药剂,与新鲜原油混合进入电脱水器处理后,可使接纳污油的电脱水器在低负荷工况下对污油进行有效处理,脱后净化油水质量分数可以达到1.0%以下.
To eliminate the impacts of slop oil accumulation in skim tanks on the operation of oil production stations,a new slop oil recovery process was formulated based on a slop oil recovery and preliminary treatment skid and the ideas of mobile unit and making full use of existent separation facilities in production stations.The new slop oil recovery process was put into trial in a limited scale,which showed that slop oil accumulated in skim tanks of oil production stations can be effectively recovered and dehydrated to water-cuts below 1% by an electrical processing unit operating at low capacity if the slop oil is in turn sucked at low rates by pump on the slop oil recovery skid,heated and treated with proper chemicals before it is piped into the electrical treater together with fresh crude oil emulsion.
