摘要
舰船轻量化符合先进复合材料低成本、整体化的发展方向,成为现代复合材料研究的关键技术之一。复合材料轻量化技术有利于舰船提高航速和灵活性,降低运营成本。本文从增强材料、基体树脂、夹层材料、船体结构、结构部件以及复合材料成型工艺6个方面阐述了复合材料轻量化技术在国内外舰船制造领域的应用情况。在舰船的制造中采用先进的复合材料轻量化制造技术,对满足舰船轻量化需求,提高军事水平,展现综合国力,有着重要的社会和经济意义。
