价值目标规约着手段的取舍,手段是保证价值目标实现的各种活动方式和条件。革命派因武装反清革命和建立民主共和制度价值目标的需要,视体育为实现价值目标的手段。如果说革命派体育价值选择是一面镜子的话,那么,本文认为可给当下中国体育的发展带来三点启示:尊重市民在创造价值基础上的体育生活方式的选择与重建,发挥身体运动文化的人本价值,贡献于社会发展;国人的体育需求是中国体育发展的根本动力,体育需求具有时代性和变迁性;克服实用理性缺陷化倾向,重归体育的本质价值。
