摘要
为提高某高铜含砷金精矿的浸出效果,对碱预处理时间与石灰用量、磨矿细度、浸出速度等主要因素进行一系列的探索试验。结果表明,石灰与碱钠10∶1配合预处理16~14 h,矿浆浓度33%~35%,CN^-浓度为(0.9~1.2)×10^-5,磨矿细度-320目90%,浸出48 h能取得较好的效果。
In order to improve the leaching effect of a high-copper gold concentrate containing arsenic,we made a series of exploratory experiment about alkaline pretreatment time,lime dosage,grinding fineness,the leaching rate and other major factors.The results shown that we pretreat lime and alkali sodium with 10:1 for 16~14 hours,when the pulp concentration is 33%~35%,CN^-concentration is(0.9~1.2)×10^-5,grinding fineness of-320 mesh 90%,than leached them for 48 hours,could achieve better effect.
