摘要
结合武钢港务公司的生产实际,研究了混匀进料、配料、堆料、取料等工序过程中影响混匀质量提高的关键问题,探讨了如何提高混匀矿质量的方法及对策.在现在工艺设备不作大的改动前提下,通过提高管理水平及作业线的优化选择、配比的最优选择,消除及减少如杂矿、端部料等一些对混匀矿质量影响较大的因素.
According to the WISCO Port Company＇s experience,methods of improving the quality of blended ores are investigated,in which feeding,burdening,stacking and reclaiming,of the ores are focused on.With the existing process equipments basically unchanged,the quality of the blended ores can be appreciably enhanced by strengthening management,optimizing transport lines,selecting optimal burdening ratio,and eliminating or diminishing the scrap ore as well as the heads and ends of the blended ore piles.
