西峡沟稠油油藏压裂改造技术研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 西峡沟区块低温低压浅层稠油油藏因存在压裂液快速破胶困难、地质疏松支撑剂嵌入比较严重、压后压裂液返排动力不足等因素,使得压裂增产面临诸多难题。针对上述难题进行了技术攻关,形成了弱交联水基压裂液低温快速破胶返排技术、低前置液高砂比加砂压裂工艺技术。该技术应用于西峡沟区块稠油油藏,增产效果显著,为该区块浅层稠油的开采提供了经济有效的技术手段。 Fracturing stimulation for shallow heavy oil reservoir with low temperature and low pressure in block Xixiagou will face many problems because it is difficult for fracturing fluid to break gel instantly, proppant embedment is serious due to unconsolidated formation, and flowback driving force of fracturing fluid is deficient after fracturing. As to the problems mentioned above, we tackle key technical problems, the technique of instant gel breaking and flowback with weak crosslinked aqueous fracturing fluid at low temperature and the technique of sand fracturing with low pad fluid and high proppant concentration are developed and formed. The application of the technologies in heavy oil reservoir in block Xixigou has taken obviously stimulation effect, the technique provides economic and effective technical means for the oil production in block Xixiagou.
