摘要
聚合物分子量和溶液浓度参数设计,是决定聚合物驱油能否成功的关键,尤其是分子量和溶液浓度。这两个参数不仅决定着聚合物的增粘效果,而且跟地层堵塞有着直接关系。基于这一事实,从聚合物分子回旋半径与油层喉道半径中值的配伍性出发,确定出聚合物相对分子质量的上限;从聚合物分子水动力学半径与油层平均喉道半径的配伍性出发,确定出溶液浓度的优选准则。经矿场实践证明,第一种方法切实可行,对油田聚合物驱有一定的指导意义;第二种方法涉及参数较多,可操作性不强,但有一定的借鉴意义。
Polymer molecular weight and solution concentration parameter design are the key to decide whether the polymer flooding is successful or not. The two parameters are not only related to viscosifying action of polymer, but also directly decide formation pluging. Based on the truth, this article ascertains the supremum of molecular weight according to compatibility of polymer molecular convolution radius with reservoir throat radius median, and determines the optimum criteria of polymer solution concentration in accordance with compatibility of polymer molecular hydrodyn radius with reservoir mean throat radius. Field experiment indicates that the first method is practicable, and it has definite directive significance for polymer flooding; the second method involves many parameters ( its operability is limit), but it is of great reference significance.
