摘要
阐述了项目后评价理论基础,项目后评价起源与发展进程,项目后评价的管理与规制建设以及评价方法与指标体系;从油田开发的基本情况出发,分析了区域经济对投资项目的影响,总结了吐哈油田项目后评价实践的具体内容;探讨了油田项目后评价的管理与绩效。文章对投资管理决策、投资项目后评价工作后续的开展具有一定的参考借鉴作用。
Theoretical foundation, origin and development process, management and regulation establishment, evaluation method and index system of post evaluation of projects are expounded. Based on the development situation of oilfield, the effect of regional economy on investment projects is analyzed, concrete contents of post evaluation practice of Tuba oiffield projects are summarized, and management and performance of post evaluation of projects are discussed. The article provides a reference for decision making of investment management and follow - up post evaluation of investment projects.
