350m^3高炉配加伊朗块矿生产实践

摘要 2008年初过高的矿石价格,致使炼铁成本飙升,大大超出了高炉成本所承受的范围.为此,经过多次考察与实验室研究,引进了一种价格较便宜的伊朗块矿,在4号炉进行了一个多月的试验,取得了较好的冶炼效果.实践证明,高炉配加5%~8%的伊朗块矿,其炉况能够稳定顺行,吨铁降成本12.7元. The excessive ore price prevailing in early 2008 led to a soaring of iron making cost, which greatly exceeded the bearable BF production cost. Through a number of reviews and laboratory studies, a less expensive Iranian lump ore was imperted and tested in No. 4,350 m^3 BF for more than one month, which yielded a good smelting effect. This test showed that the blast furnace loaded with 5 % - 8 %lump ore could ensure smooth operation, and reduce cost 12.7 RMB per ton iron.
