阐述了国内电力施工企业进入国际市场首先要熟悉项目所在国的投资环境、施工环境和确保项目实施的安全、经济的必要性,分析了项目实施过程中各阶段的管理要求,明确提出项目参与人员的素质、能力、态度及工作方法直接影响国际项目的成败。
It illustrated that domestic power construction enterprise should first learn investment environment,construction environment of engineering located country and guaranteed engineering implementing safety and economic necessity.The management requirement of various stages of engineering implementing process was analyzed.It proposed that engineering engaged personnel property,ability,attitude and working method direct influenced international engineering success and failure.
