针对总承包工程投资风险的不确定性、复杂性和社会性等特点,详细介绍了工程总承包的损失控制方法,具体阐述了工程总承包的风险对策,以期降低总承包工程的投资风险,提高投资效益,实现投资各方的共赢。
As for the characteristics of EPC about uncertainty, complexity and social characteristics,this thesis describes the loss of EPC control method in detail for the general contractor＇s risk strategies,in order to reduce the investment risks of general contracting projects and improves investment returns,achieving a win-win investment.
