结合自身多年工作实践,从设计单位、监理单位、承包商、建设单位四方面对影响政府工程在施工阶段造价管理的问题进行了分析,总结出了政府工程在施工阶段造价管理和控制的工作重点,并阐述了各个环节的注意事项,以期指导实践。

Combining with years＇ practice,it analyzes the factors that affect the cost management of government project from the aspects of design department,supervision department,contractor and construction department. It sums up the working priorities in cost management and control of government project during construction phase,and outlines the points to be noted of each section in the hope of providing guidance to practice.
