摘要
根据现场测试结果,分析了曲线箱梁悬臂施工过程中根部截面的应力变化规律,研究结果表明,挂篮的偏心荷载将会在箱梁翼板根部的局部位置产生较大的横向拉应力,甚至引起桥面纵向的开裂;对于曲线梁桥,箱梁两侧的腹板和翼缘板内的应力呈非对称分布,施工过程中应注意施工顺序和施工荷载对结构内力的影响。
According to the field test results,it makes an analysis of curved box girder cantilever construction process,the stress variation of the root section.The results show that the eccentric load will be hung in the box the root of the local flange horizontal position have a greater tensile stress,and even lead to the longitudinal deck cracking,for the beam bridge,box girder web and the wing on both sides edge of plate stress was non-symmetrical distribution,the construction process should pay attention to the construction sequence and construction load on the structure of internal forces.
