摘要
南京国民政府初期社会教育行政制度系统而完备,事项充实而健全,所以为学界所关注并取得较为丰富的研究成果。当前,在建设学习型社会的背景下,通过比较的视角和终身学习的观念重新审视社会教育行政的功能、价值,将会使该研究取得新的突破。
The administration institution of social education is systemic in the initial stage of Nanjing National Government,so it became the focus by academic world and rich research achievement are obtained.The research on social education administration will get breakthrough when the function and value of social education administration is understood from the new concept of lifelong learning in the background of building learning society.
