有金属底板的非对称共面波导的分析

Analysis of asymmetric coplanar waveguide with conductor backing

摘要 采用保角变换方法,研究了有金属低板的非对称共面波导的特性,给出了有效介电常数,特性阻抗和电场强度表示式,并绘制了它们的变化曲线. he paper presents analysis of asymmetric conductorbacked coplanar waveguide by means of conformal mapping techniques. The effective permittivity, charicteristic impedence, and electric field strength are given. Also the concerned curves are presented.
