青春期寻常痤疮体质类型与证型的相关性研究

Research on the correlation between physique and syndrome of adolescent acne

目的：探讨青春期寻常痤疮患者中医体质类型与证型之间的关系，旨在指导中医临床治疗青春期寻常痤疮时“辨证论治”与“辨体论治”相结合，为临床治疗提供依据。方法：对570例诊断为青春期寻常痤疮的患者进行体质类型与证型的流行病学横断面调查，采用SPSS17．0软件对数据进行统计，分析体质类型与证型的关系。结果：阳虚质、阴虚质、湿热质、平和质与证型显著相关。其中阳虚质与血虚型、阳虚型相关显著；湿热质与湿热型相关显著；平和质与火热型、阳虚型、阴虚型及无证可辨型相关显著；气虚质与阴虚型相关。结论：患者部分体质类型与证型相关，临床辨证时可做诊断参考，同时指导临床治疗。

Try to explore the correlation between physique and syndrome of Adolescent acne.The aim combines together with ＂the treatment by chinese medicine constitution theory through ＂the treatment by differertiation of syndromes＇ while guiding the chinese medicine clinic treatment acne, raisint the clinical curative effect. Methods： By means of epidemilolgical investigation, 570 cases diagnosed as acne have participated in the investigation. Carry on the analysis with the software of SPSS17.0, analyzing the distribution of the constitution types and the relations with menopausal syndrome. Results： Physical type is associated with the card type. Such as the quality and Yang deficiency type, Yang type, quality and damp-heat in hot and humid, Yin-deficiency type, peaceful quality and hot type, Yang type, yin deficiency type and undocumented discernible type, Qi-deficiency type, such as the quality and Deficiency. Conclusion： The constitution types of the patients is associated with card type. physical theory can be used as referrence as well as guiding the clinical treatment.
