摘要
结合整车优化设计方法的理论特点和整车早期开发中应用优化设计过程的经验,对工程中常用的几种试验设计方法、近似模型方法和优化算法进行了对比研究。利用整车开发中常见的刚度、模态、被动安全性分析等一些案例论证了各种方法的特点、优劣、优化效率和适用范围,获得了一些整车开发中应用优化设计方法的实用性结论。
Comparative study is made to some DOE methods, approximation model method'and optimization method based an theoretical characteristics of vehicle optimization design method and the experience of optimization design in the early stage of vehicle development. The characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, optimization efficiency as well as scope of application of different methods are verified with some cases of analysis of stiffness, modal, passive safety, etc., frequently used in vehicle development, from which some practical conclusion of optimization design used in vehicle development is obtained.
