救治有机磷农药中毒时阿托品的应用研究

急性有机磷中毒（AOPP）是常见的内科危重症，阿托品作为常用的、有效的解毒药物，其应用是否合理，直接决定着抢救的成败。本文就2001年1月至2009年9月期间，医院内科救治的106例AOPP患者的临床资料及阿托品的应用情况进行了研究探讨。
