三相光伏并网电流型PWM逆变器的研究 被引量:6

摘要 基于三相电流型PWM逆变器装置,将直接电流控制方法应用于该逆变器中,设计了一套1kW实验装置。通过仿真分析和实验验证表明,该方法不仅实现了逆变器网侧电流正弦化并与网侧电压同相位,而且实现了直流侧电压宽范围调节,提高了系统动态性能,更适合于光伏并网。 Three-phase current PWM inverter model is established for the research and direct current control method is applied to this inverter. Through the method combined by computer simulation and experimental study, a laboratory prototype of 1 kW current source PWM inverter has been implemented and tested. Results of simulation and experiment show that this method could not only make output AC currents sinusoidal and in phase with grid voltages, but also make the input DC voltage of current source PWM inverter vary in a wide range and improve dynamic characteristic of the power system.
